Occupational safety is not an end in itself.
The primary goal is to protect the lives and health of employees. Preserving the workforce of your employees is essential for any company that wants to be competitive and capable in the long term. Healthy and satisfied employees are key to stability and growth!
How does occupational safety work?
Pragmatic. Solution-oriented. Efficient. Since 1985, I have been in daily contact with clients. Neither bureaucracy nor hesitation have made great achievers strong. A strategic structure in occupational safety relieves and gives leaders and employees the space to focus on what is essential. In particular, I value preventive occupational safety to reduce risks at the workplace from the outset. My years of experience dealing with regulatory authorities ensure competent advice at every stage.
